How to Order:

We offer three methods for placing your order.

1. You can order online via our secure server. See our Security Policy.

2. You can phone 386-252-1151 and ask the operator for Customer Service to place your order.

3. You can fax your order to Customer Service at 386-258-6167. Include your name, shipping address, type of credit card, card number, expiration date and method of shipment, UPS ground, UPS next day, 2nd day, or 3 day.

Please Note: We do not recommend sending credit card information by e-mail. Since e-mail is not secure or encrypted, you should only use the three order methods above.

Payment Methods:

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express credit cards that are issued on U.S. or Canadian banks. We cannot accept credit cards from foreign banks. Your credit card will not be billed until your order has been shipped. We recommend that you not use debit cards when placing your order.

Our credit card processing software is used for numerous accounts and is setup to reserve an additional $25.00 per order to cover additional charges that may apply to an order. This is only a reserve and not an actual charge. Once the order has shipped, the reserve is removed from your account and your account is charged the amount on your order form.

Shipping Charges:

Crane Cams, Inc. offers freeing shipping within the lower 48 states, via UPS Ground. If you want to know how long it will take to receive your order by regular UPS view the UPS MAP.

Regular UPS charges will be added to your order for Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3 Day Select shipping.

Please note, that according to UPS, Next Day Air, means "next business day, Monday-Friday". If you need a Saturday delivery, please indicate in the "Comments Field" on the order form that you require Saturday Delivery. There will be an additional charge of $10.00 added to your order. This option is only available for Next Day Air shipping.

When selecting 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select, UPS will deliver on the 2nd or 3rd business day depending on which option you choose. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.

The only available shipping method to Canada is "UPS Standard Canada" ground service. Remember, there will be a separate charge levied by Canada for applicable duty charges on all UPS orders.

Currently, the only available shipping method to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico is UPS 2nd Day Air. Shipping charges are calculated based on standard UPS rates and will be added to your order.

Shipping Restrictions:

Our ability to serve our customers outside of the United States is very limited at this time. Because of restricted customs and shipping requirements, we can only ship our products to U.S., Puerto Rico, and Canadian addresses. Due to shipper restrictions, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, or to APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

Sales Taxes:

State law requires us to collect sales tax on all products shipped to North Carolina, Florida and California. 6.50% sales tax will be added to orders shipped to North Carolina and 6.00% for orders shipped to Florida. 7.75% will be added to orders shipped to California.

Pricing:

All prices are in U.S. funds. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Please Note:

We are committed to providing you with exceptional service. Please allow up to 2 business days to process your order before shipping, and understand that at times, delays may be necessary due to weather, availability, or other conditions.

Product Availability:

Products should be available to ship within 2 days. If a product you order is currently unavailable, you will be notified by E-mail with delivery information.

Guarantee:

Crane Cams, Inc. warrants that all products are free from defects in material and workmanship.

Crediting Your Return:

All returns for credit or exchange must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date. If for some reason you should need to return a product, upon receipt of the returned product, we will issue a credit to the credit card originally used to make the purchase. Only the cost of the product will be credited to your account, shipping charges will not be refunded. We recommend you send all returned items via UPS or by some other shipper who can track your package. If you use regular mail, we recommend you insure the shipment. Please see our Return Policy.
